Solicitor - PI and Clinical Negligence

Are you ready to bring your PI or clinical negligence experience to a supportive team on a 12 month maternity cover? You will manage PI, clinical negligence and Claims Against PublicAuthority claims, taking client instructions, drafting documents and maintaining strong relationships. You will work within a closeknit team that values collaboration and highquality service.

Advise clients and manage PI/clinical neg matters Maintain regular communication with clients, opponents, medical experts Negotiate with opposing parties Maintain accurate records Provide clear, professional and timely legal advice while managing clients’ expectations PI or clinical negligence experience essential Experience working on Claims Against Public Authorities, Abuse or Human Rights litigation desired Excellent clientcare and communication Organised, flexible and commercially aware Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities We have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities Hybrid working - 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home 25 days holiday, 2 gift days at Christmas. The opportunity to give back and have 3 days available for social purpose volunteering.
