Responsibilities
: Manage and monitor the Resourcing inbox, responding to queries and escalating where appropriate Assist with scheduling teams to meet client work
Requirements
and deadlines Maintain and update resourcing plans and schedules accurately Support the coordination of workloads across teams to ensure optimal utilisation Prepare and assist with reports on resourcing, capacity, and project status Provide general administrative and operational support to the Resourcing Manager Liaise with internal teams to gather information and ensure smooth communication Handle ad hoc tasks and requests as required Skills & Experience: Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Good communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and email systems A proactive approach with the ability to use initiative Personal Attributes: Hardworking and dependable Quick to learn Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Able to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Desirable (but not essential): Previous experience in a resourcing, scheduling, or administrative role Experience working in a fast-paced or client-focused environment We want you to feel supported inside and outside of work.
