Eberjey is looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to work in partnership with the Store Manager to lead, develop and support our store retail team to meet and/or exceed sales goals. The Assistant Store Manager should be a versatile individual with prior leadership experience in a retail environment and an understanding of translating a brand’s unique aesthetic to drive sales, establish and maintain client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience. The role is responsible for training staff and sharing feedback to ensure the team maximizes the expectations of their roles, while assisting the Store Manager to elevate the overall store experience.

The ideal candidate must be able to perform multiple duties in an organized manner and possess the ability to effectively lead teams and manage individuals towards accomplishing set goals.
