Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Professional Experience: 5–10+ years in systems architecture, CRM/AMS management, or equivalent roles. Salesforce Expertise: Strong experience with Salesforce architecture, including data models, workflows, and integrations.

Industry Systems: Experience working with AMS platforms (Veruna/Amplo or similar insurance-specific systems). , Tableau). Modern Tech Stack: Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as OpenAI, Zapier, and Power Automate.

Core Competencies: Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple high-priority projects. Preferred Skills Experience within a multi-line insurance brokerage environment (F&I, P&C, EB). Proven track record of leading large-scale system transformations or automation initiatives.
