Senior Engineer - Developer Experience

We're looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Engineering Tools team — the team responsible for the developer tooling and infrastructure that underpins how hundreds of engineers and data scientists build, test, and ship software at Quantium. This is a hands-on role focused on deploying, scaling, and managing the platforms and tools our engineering teams rely on every day — from CI/CD pipelines and code quality scanning to secrets management and package storage.

You'll work across a mix of self-hosted and SaaS tooling, managing infrastructure at scale and continuously improving the developer experience across the business. The role sits in a small, high-impact team of engineers who've typically come from application development backgrounds and discovered a passion for making other engineers more productive. If you've ever been the person your team relied on to set up the CI pipeline, manage the GitHub org, or automate the painful parts of the development workflow — and you loved it — this role is for you.
