Requirements

New Business Development: Independently acquire new clients and candidates by phone. Deal Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate deals to secure mutually beneficial agreements for both parties. Primary Contact: Be the go-to person for your candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.

What You Bring Motivation and Ambition: Thrive in a team-oriented environment focused on results. Experience: Sales experience is a plus but not required. Experience in HORECA/hospitality, sales, recruitment, or a similarly fast-paced environment is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Language Skills: Fluency in either German and English or Dutch and English (C1-C2 level) is a very big plus, if not, prior sales/BD/account management/recruitment + almost native English is required.
