Shield is looking for a Senior Manager of FP&A Revenue to help bring structure, visibility, and accuracy to how revenue is tracked across our growing portfolio of partner companies. This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and systems, and is critical to ensuring that FP&A revenue data flowing into our core financial systems is clean, consistent, and reliable. This is a highly hands-on role.

You won’t just be overseeing dashboards, but working directly with portfolio companies to understand how their revenue is generated, captured, and reported, and then helping standardize and validate that data so it can scale with the business. Quarterly travel is expected for this role. Candidates based in the New York City area are also encouraged to maintain a periodic in-office presence.
