This role will assist the events team by implementing, building and supporting new technology platforms, as well as utilising advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to manage event information lists and appropriate reporting.
This role may also need to support clients with event and meeting coordination. Domestic and/or international travel may be required with this role. Your Contributions Implementation and project management of event registration websites, app builds and additional technological aspects as needed for assigned events Troubleshoot technical issues Manage client communications, including save-the-dates, invitations, registrations, confirmations, and related materials.

What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology, including entry-level meeting planning and coordination with registration and event technology Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel Proficiency with registration website platforms such as Cvent, Splash, Certain, Aventri, Eventbrite, and other registration website platforms required General knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus, but not required Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels Motivated, self-starter, ability to take direction and work independently; ability to think innovatively Flexible and willing to work outside of normal business hours (eve
