As the Land Development Engineering lead for the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metro, you will build and sustain strong relationships with private developers, municipal partners, and key regional stakeholders across North Texas, while leading a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team delivering exceptional residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

What You’Ll Do

Lead the strategic direction, vision, and growth of the DFW Land Development practice. Cultivate trusted relationships with North Texas developers, landowners, municipalities, and reviewing agencies. Proactively identify new business opportunities and lead pursuit strategies for major development projects.
