The Project Manager also provides oversight and support to the Superintendent and actively promotes Willmeng’s safety culture. What you will accomplish Lead Parks Recreation construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures while monitoring project costs and profitability.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum. Process and manage subcontractor payments, change orders, and monthly cost reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for project owners and stakeholders, leading meetings and providing regular status updates.

Supervise and mentor project team members, including Superintendents and subcontractors, to maintain strong field coordination and performance.

Requirements

Manage project documentation, permits, inspections, and closeout activities efficiently, including coordination with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) and Parks Recreation representatives. What we would like you to have BS or MS in Construction Engineering preferred, or a BS in Engineering with relevant experience. 3–5 years of Project Manager experience preferred.

Experience with estimating and conceptual estimating. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and public-sector stakeholders. Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
