Join us and you will thrive personally as well as professionally. Role Overview We are currently recruiting Associate Cost Manager in Frankfurt. This is an exciting opportunity to join and strengthen RLB’s team while working in a supportive environment, on interesting projects.
The role presents an opportunity to work across Data Centre projects as well as commercial, life sciences and industrial among others in the future while the team continues to develop, diversify and as RLB’s European business continues to grow.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be an integral part of a team that is accountable for the commercial and contractual performance of a project. To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures. Comply with established commercial/procurement/ contractual strategies.
Qualifications
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline. MRICS or member of other relevant professional body – or desire to attain. Experience Data Centre experience Proven technical / project delivery experience.
Previously employed by a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts Team management experience Behaviours Recognised as a positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and offers support. Recognised as a team player with a strong willingness to learn. Demonstrates a positive and proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
