Compensation

We’re hiring a seasoned, polished Setter who knows how to move revenue, understands HT frameworks/sales processes, not just booking anyone on the calendar Right now we’re at $700k-$1M per month. The target is $2M per month. That kind of jump doesn’t happen with average performance.

It takes someone who understands pipeline, qualification, and how to qualify prospects up properly before they ever speak to a Closer. We're scaling up Ads, spending north of 6 figures a month and we have a lot of demand, lead flow, and pre-qualification processes in place before a prospect gets on the setter's calendar, let alone the closer calendar. As the first touchpoint in our Client Journey, you set the tone.

You’re the filter and the standard. The long-term objective is to get 1,000 people inside our back-end Board Room Offer (Boardroom Event).
