The Production Floor Supervisor provides leadership and direction for site production activities to achieve safety, cost, quality, and delivery goals. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role oversees available resources and leads associates to execute all departmental tasks efficiently and cost-effectively while ensuring products meet quality standards and production schedules.

Responsibilities
: Drive Lean Daily Management System (LDMS) cadence to achieve operational excellence Establish metrics and goals that are visible to and understood by the production team Execute production tasks based on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics Oversee production workload schedule and assign work accordingly Develop and execute staffing and scheduling plans on a regular cadence (daily/weekly/monthly) utilizing CAP and Load data Supervise daily escalation and problem solving, including support resources Drive team alignment between operations and all support functions, clearly defining expectations and holding all associates equally accountable to quality standards, production procedures, company policies and department goals Address and resolve associate needs and questions as they relate to Assembly Services Develop plans to address skill gaps within the workforce Conduct daily Assembly Services Production group huddles Align activities to company vision, mission, values, strategies and goals Collaboration Accountability: Proactively engage in cross-functional collaboration with all relevant departments to ensure operational effectiveness, quality, continuous improvement, and innovation Quality & Continuous Improvement
