We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team. In this role, you will support various HR functions and assist in the day-to-day operations of the department.

Responsibilities

will include handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for supporting employee welfare and HR processes. Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.

Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Recruitment Assistance: Aid in recruitment by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new hires and assist with the offboarding of departing employees.

HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including documentation and audits.
