About The Role
: The Product Manager is accountable for turning business opportunities, customer problems, and strategic priorities into clear, actionable work that delivers measurable outcomes.

You support the Head of Product with insight, analysis, and recommendations that inform stream-level and product-level strategy.
Reporting to the Chapter Lead – Product Management, this is a pivotal role for ensuring the squad builds the right things, builds them well, and delivers real value quickly.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise using data, capacity, value, and business impact. Strong experience partnering with engineering teams and confidence working with technical concepts. Working knowledge of APIs and service-based integrations, including: Understanding how APIs function (requests/responses, endpoints, payloads).
Familiarity with APIs and SaaS integrations. g. OAuth, API keys) and general API security principles.
Appreciation of API considerations such as versioning, reliability, and performance.

What You’Ll Do
: Lead discovery to understand customer needs, validate assumptions, and size opportunities, using data and insights to define problems and shape hypotheses. Contribute business cases, opportunity sizing, and prioritisation inputs to inform roadmap and quarterly planning. Own and prioritise the squad backlog (epics, stories, bugs, tech debt, discovery), balancing customer value, commercial impact, feasibility, effort, and risk.
Ensure work is clearly defined, estimated, and ready for development, maintaining a continuously refined backlog aligned to priorities and capacity. Translate complex problems into clear, testable user stories with strong acceptance criteria and supporting artefacts (flows, rules, edge cases). Partner closely with engineering to assess feasibility, refine scope, and validate delivered outcomes through UAT.
Drive predictable, high-quality delivery by leading agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and managing risks and dependencies. Provide transparent delivery reporting and ensure work aligns to OKRs, business goals, and customer outcomes. Build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate progress, trade-offs, and decisions clearly across technical and business audiences.
What are we looking for: 3–5+ years’ experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis in an Agile environment.
