Senior, Business Solutions Consultant

The Senior, Business Solution Consultant partners with finance leaders, functional managers, and senior executives to define, design, and implement finance-driven solutions within a manufacturing environment. This role has a strong focus on financial processes, controlling, cost accounting, and financial reporting, while ensuring tight integration with production, supply chain, and logistics operations.

Advise finance leadership and functional stakeholders throughout the change process, ensuring financial transparency, compliance, and control Identify, promote, and apply manufacturing finance best practices within Abas Design integrated financial and controlling processes aligned as closely as possible to Abas standard functionality; define functional enhancements where required Prepare customers for go-live from a finance and controlling perspective and support financial activities during go-live and stabilization Collaborate closely with cross-functional project team members and report progress, risks, and outcomes to the Project Manager Support pre-sales activities including processing tenders, estimating scope, and preparing implementation proposals with a strong finance focus Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Operations Management, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience Minimum 3 years as a Business Solution Consultant or 5+ years as an ERP user, with strong hands-on finance or controlling experience in a manufacturing environment Proven expertise in manufacturing finance concepts, including costing methods, inventory valuation, and financial integration with production processes Solid understanding of manufacturing models such as Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock, and Engineer-to-Order Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate finance
