The Role: As a Technical Lead at Prezzee, you’ll drive engineering excellence by guiding a distributed team of developers to deliver secure, high-quality solutions across multiple tech stacks.

You’ll combine deep technical expertise with strong people leadership—leading by example through architecture design, hands-on coding, and ownership of CI/CD pipelines and production releases. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling high-performing distributed teams, fostering collaboration across time zones, and ensuring clear communication, alignment, and delivery. Alongside this, you’ll champion best practices, embed a DevOps mindset, and create an environment where engineers can thrive and grow.
