You Are: The Engineering Deployment Site Practitioner will play a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation across multiple hospitals and clinics.
This position focuses on discovery, analysis, coordination, and execution of technical readiness activities to ensure a smooth transition to a new EHR system. The Work: • Conduct and coordinate on‑site discovery activities at hospitals and clinics, including assessments of End User Devices (EUDs), system interfaces, and Data Drops & Power Outlets (DDPO).

, and gap assessments. • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s standard capabilities, devices, and system interfaces to ensure meaningful and accurate analysis. • Support device procurement tracking, logistics coordination, and inventory alignment throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Serve as a primary liaison to local site IT leaders and collaborate closely with technology, networking, and engineering teams. • Assist in external vendor coordination, cutover planning, and execution support. • Provide project management oversight for engineering-focused workstreams to ensure technical readiness and on-time delivery.
• Produce clear, professional documentation and communications for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Travel semi-frequently to various hospitals and clinics across different regions, as needed (up to 50% travel). Here's What You Need: • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across clinical, technical, and operational domains.
• Previous experience conducting assessments in hospital or clinic environments is strongly preferred. • Familiarity with system interfaces, medical device connectivity, and healthcare IT infrastructure. • Experience with Oracle EHR systems (or similar EHR vendors) is a plus.
Compensation
for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland .
