Pricing & Technical Development You will contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of fleet pricing models, rating tools, underwriting guidelines, referral matrices, and appetite statements .
You will incorporate market intelligence and claims experience into pricing assumptions, including repair cost inflation, parts trends, and frequency developments. You will also monitor external market conditions such as competitor pricing, capacity changes, and emerging risks including EV fleets, ADAS technology, autonomous vehicles, gig economy operators, and mobility-as-a-service platforms . Broker & Distribution Management You will build and maintain strong relationships with specialist fleet brokers, Lloyd’s brokers, and MGA partners across Europe.
