Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years. ABOUT THE JOB Anduril is seeking an energetic, execution-focused Deputy Director to help lead and scale our Connected Warfare Division in Europe.
This is a highly active, hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the Head of International, Connected Warfare. You will serve as the core operational partner, driving day-to-day programmatics, tactical program execution, and regional capability delivery across the European continent. Rather than managing from a high-level corporate desk, you will bring "tactical energy" to our operations, actively unblocking bottlenecks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and executing on-contract growth.
You will translate our next-generation software-defined C2 architecture (Lattice OS) into deployable realities for our European defense partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Operational Execution & Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day delivered programmatics of our European portfolio. Directly partner with project leads to resolve supply, technical, and schedule bottlenecks, acting as a force multiplier for the team. Hands-on Capture & Growth: Drive on-contract growth and lead bid/proposal efforts.
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, low-risk, mission-aligned proposals for military users. P&L & Resource Coordination: Own divisional cost planning, resource management, and budgeting at the operational level. Optimize margin contributions and align staffing to support rapid capability deployments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a highly accountable, fast-paced environment by bridging the gap between our internal software/hardware engineers and senior military stakeholders. CRM Discipline: Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to actively forecast order bookings, track customer interaction history, and ensure pipeline data integrity.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of operational program management, systems engineering, or technical delivery experience, preferably within fast-paced defense-tech, aerospace, or advanced technology sectors. Proven track record of personally driving the execution of complex hardware-software integration programs or multi-domain C2 projects. Demonstrated experience managing operational budgets, cost planning, and P&L metrics for technical projects or business units.
Exceptional "tactical energy"—a builder's mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves, solve operational crises, and handle day-to-day project details.
Requirements
Must be an EU Country Passport Holder and eligible to obtain and maintain a NATO Secret security clearance. Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (up to 75%) to engage face-to-face with customers and technical teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
