Alarm.Com — Boston, Massachusetts
com is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead an embedded software team focused on MCU firmware for the security gateways and sensors at the heart of millions of connected properties. This is firmware where reliability truly matters: bare-metal and RTOS systems that run for years on a battery, communicate over cellular and short-range radios, and protect people and property every day. It's a player-coach role — you'll set the direction for the team and grow its engineers while staying deep in the technology: reviewing designs and code, and helping crack the hardest problems.
Device Engineering spans many offices, and this role works across all of them — keeping your team, peer teams, and stakeholders in alignment.
