About The Role

Intermedia is looking for a Core Systems Automation Engineer – L1 to join our Platform & Operations team. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain automation-driven infrastructure solutions in a highly available production environment. The position focuses on improving operational efficiency, reliability, and observability through scripting, automation, and modern infrastructure practices.

This is a remote position supporting a global environment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong experience with Linux and Windows Server administration Hands-on experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell required; Python or Ansible preferred) Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V) Experience supporting production infrastructure environments Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications
