$ 135,000 - $ 2 2 3,400 + inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives Medical, dental, vision, FSA and HSA 401(k) with match Annual CEU budget of $1,500 annually Admin, billing and marketing support PTO + 10 paid holidays Professional liability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Short & long-term disability Life insurance Office space in our Central Park location What You Bring Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Colorado Active DEA license in Colorado Active NPI number Experience in direct clinical care 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
