The Role We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing global accounting team.
This role will oversee accounting operations across the EMEA region, support the monthly and quarterly close processes, and partner closely with the Global Controller and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and local statutory

, and analyzing financial performance Support the operational launch and ongoing accounting oversight of our new Poland entity in coordination with external local accounting providers Oversee and manage intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes across global entities Review and supervise the work of accounting staff, providing coaching, guidance, and development support Oversee payroll accounting and related processes across the EMEA region Partner with external auditors and local advisors to support statutory audits and ensure timely resolution of audit requests and findings Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen accounting operations as the organisation continues to scale Support special projects and strategic initiatives led by senior management Assist with the setup and operational readiness of new international office locations and legal entities Analyse and reconcile foreign exchange impacts across balance sheet and P&L accounts to ensure financial results are reasonable and accurately reported

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Ideally you'll have several years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within multinational or high-growth environments Ideally you'll be ACCA, Polish Certified Auditor (Biegły Rewident), CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred Experience managing international accounting operations and working with foreign statutory require
