What you’ll be doing… Leading educational quality and modeling best practices across the school Supporting and mentoring educators to deliver outstanding learning experiences Partnering with the School Manager to deliver exceptional education and family experience Overseeing child protection, safety, compliance, and educational standards Supporting daily planning, ratios, and classroom organization Building strong, trusting relationships with families Stepping into leadership when needed to ensure continuity and high standards You should have… Experience in an early childhood leadership role Strong knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, and licensing

Requirements
