Are you a solicitor ready to build your housing management expertise? You will advise on housing management matters, with a focus on tenancy agreements, supporting the delivery of a varied workload. This role suits someone with some experience seeking to develop quickly.
You will join our Housing Management practice. Draft tenancy agreements Review housing documents Provide practical advice Support volume delivery Solicitor qualification Housing management exposure Drafting and reviewing skills Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities Hybrid working 25 days holiday, 2 gift days at Christmas. The opportunity to give back and have 3 days available for social purpose volunteering.
