Sitting Leaders Fellowship '26

The Sitting Leaders Fellowship is a two-year cohort-based fellowship for assistant principals and principals seeking development to lead more just and equitable school communities. Through engagement in convenings, workshops, coaching, and additional experiential learning opportunities, fellows will develop the adaptive and technical skills for school leadership and apply their learnings to benefit their school communities. The TeachMichigan definition of a high impact leader linked below is a critical tool utilized in the selection process and programming, and will be referenced in the application.
