Requirements

Analyst will establish and maintain the system

management environment for the System. The work: Document and track all system

from inception through implementation, ensure full traceability, and manage the

management process to support all systems engineering and development activities. Facilitate

elicitation sessions with stakeholders, analyze and refine

to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable, and establish

baseline for each release. Manage

changes through a formal control process, create

verification matrices to track testing and validation, and generate

status reports for program management. Develop and maintain

management tools and processes, train team members on

best practices, and ensure

align with program objectives and constraints. Must have: 4 years of experience eliciting, managing, documenting and/or solutioning

for large technical programs.
