Description
This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining mortgage loans for their real estate. This includes evaluating loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, conducting underwriting processes, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
You will collaborate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure successful loan transactions. Experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or similar role in the mortgage industry NMLS License Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices and regulations Proficiency in underwriting and assessing loan applications Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to work independently and remotely Must have EMCOMPASS or similar software knowledge Must have proven mortgage lending experience
